The importance of staying on top of your physical health as a mother cannot be underestimated. I had a struggle to keep ahead physically when my kids were little. I learnt it was always more than being just about me! In the interview I explained what I learnt about being interdependent. Or, relying on help from others … so that I could do the things I need to do.
To be the best mother you can be, with kids of any age, it’s really important to care for yourself physically . . . ahead of anything else!
